Lean Six Sigma Certification Overview

 The Lean Six Sigma certification is a great investment if you want to build an army of problem solvers and critical thinkers inside your operations. The certification process begins with students learning the basics of Lean Six Sigma through our White Belt Program.       

 After completing this 1-day program white belts will have achieved general knowledge in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. They are capable of explaining the difference between Six Sigma and Lean. In addition, will receive an introduction to the 8 Wastes and basic principles of process mapping. 

The next tier is our YB program. It starts with the same content of the white Belt program, plus two additional days (total YB program is 3 days).  YBs receive additional knowledge in process mapping techniques, basic root cause analysis, metrics/KPIs and graphical analysis. 

The LSS Green Belt (GB) certification is designed for 1 weeks (4.5 days) of training plus a successful completion of a GB project within 1 year.  GBs received intensive training in the practical application of LSS tools.

The body of knowledge of the LSS GB program includes topics like: Project Definition, Process Mapping, Variable reduction techniques, FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, Capability Analysis, Multivariable Analysis (Statistical Techniques), Design of Experiments, and Control Plans.

The GB is equipped with powerful knowledge that can save your business hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The LSS Black Belt (BB) certification is a one-week program designed for the student to master advance analytical and soft skills. Our BBs are prepared for complex project execution and become an agent of change. To be certified as a Black Belt you have to complete two projects (1 for GB + 1 for BB). 

The knowledge acquired as a GB will be greatly expanded in the BB program. The BB will learn advanced statistical techniques, project management skills, and Kaizen facilitation skills. The BB will be very well equipped to lead highly complex lean six sigma projects that can save your company Millions.

Finally, we also provide a Master Black Belt certification. This program is tailor for the BB to complement his knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and become a Subject Matter Expert in the methodology. The candidate will have a deep understanding of sources of variation, regression analysis, and MBB soft skills required to succeed in such a role.

If you are exclusively interested in Lean, we provide a Lean certification path that includes Lean Basics (1 Day) and Lean Practitioner (4 days + Lean simulation)
